Here is the outside skin curing on the winglets. The block that these were cut from was not perfectly square on the outside, thus I am not sure that there was much benefit (structurally)
from using the cutoff pieces other than to keep the winglets from rocking around. I will clamp the trailing edge if there is any waviness to it.
The antennas being foamed in. Make sure you 5 min epoxy the coax in place first. Others have had the pour foam float the coax out of the groove.

I clamped the trailing edges to the table with some extrusion and weights. They came out nice and flat.
Here the winglets are jigged for layup 1.
Here is the wings, spar, and fuselage coming together. That is a rotating laser that I used to level things side to side, my digital level was used to assure that all of the incidence was
correct.
