Here is a shot of the bulkheads getting ready to go.  It takes a lot of space.  I used the CAD files to trace out the parts.  Cut them out with a combination of the bandsaw and table saw.  I used the taping technique described in the archives when gluing the panels together.  Using one piece of tape on the back side and two pieces on the front.  Hinge it up, epoxy the grove, and flatten it out again.  Remove the front tape immediately so you don't glue it in permanently.  It works quite well.
