Here are the longerons clamped up and glued together. You need lots of clamps to hold everything just so... Lots of lead helps keep the longerons flat to the table. |

Here is a shot of the foam laying in the jigs getting ready to trim. I used short sheetmetal screws to hold the foam to the jigs. The jigs are also built on their own frame so they can
be moved around and worked at from underneath. Works good to run screws in to hold things down, or to move the jigs to a different lace for storage. I had the jigs built prior to the big package of material
arriving. |

Here are the LWX and LWY pieces in place, ready to glue up. Add the electrical conduit pieces, fill it with foam, 6 layers of BID, and ready to go to assembly. |
